This is my favorite retail store. I always walk in here to see what kind of sales they have going on. Their displays are always organized, and clean. The associates are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice, and sometimes they don't notice me walk in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! the two asian guys are the worst. the one with glasses and i think his boss is the other. Not the first time I've come in here and had to ask for help after waiting 30 minutes and every time they give me attitude. never shopping here again. they throw the boxes of shoes at you when they bring them out. and if you ask multiple questions they roll their eyes.

I came into the store yesterday 30 minutes before they closed and i wasnt greeted or even acknowledged by the 3 employees. Then i make eye contact with a guy with a slick back hair due obviously trying to get help. But no i get ignored by all 3 employees while im standing there with a shoe in my hand …
