Everyone I`ve worked with here has been so friendly and kind. The prices seemed to be quite reasonable and the staff was very helpful. I felt like they were actually trying to work with me, not against me just to make more money.
This is the second time I have had Central Rug Cleaners New York do my carpets. I am sure I won`t use any other company. My carpets are spotless. The staff is wonderful. The technician got a particular spot out on my steps where my dog likes to lay. Others have tried. Highly recommend this company.
