Carpet was cleaned as quoted. Only thing was that the carpet took much longer to dry than quoted.

Carpets are light beige and had many spots from kids, spilled drinks and dirty pet feet, etc. Company had to reschedule the original carpet cleaning date as they were missing a repair part for their machine.
