mainstream is going downhill.. left me as I was in the bathroom.... When you got to go.. YOU GOT TO GO.. Saw he was outside and put the door up and the person still leaves me... Dispatch was less then nice about it... gave me an extra 2 minutes... I about fell out the door trying to get to my power chair... I rarely miss rides... But today they made me feel like I was the bastard at a family...

The transportation system here is ridiculous, an hour wait and a 2hour bus ride to get to upper Arlington from mount carmel east? Not everyone has a car that need to get around is this company going to ever add more buses to these routes to lessen the wait time, are you ever going to add more routes? Come on Columbus you're the capital of this state you should be leasing by example for the rest...
