I hired Bill to do some small jobs in my home and he was very skilled and professional. He did a fantastic job and got the work done quickly and in the time stated in the estimate. Also, my patio was a mess with very old mildew stains and I was thinking about having it torn up and redone. Bill assured me that he could give it a good powerwash and make it look great. I was skeptical, but I let him do it and he was right! Looks like new and he used no chemicals. (like Home Depot told me would be needed) Bill was also very neat and cleaned up after his work which is much appreciated. I would highly recommend him and will have him back the next time I need work done.

Central jersey construction always does great work for us. We call Bill a couple times a year for this and that. Always gives it to me straight. Not knowing much about fixing things its good to have a guy that will explain what needs to be done and why.

Handyman service

I hired CJC to repair a broken door jamb. They replaced the broken wood and repaired the knob. Good job I'd say. Will call them again.

They found my tile!

We had our master bath done. I was so happy when they were able to find the exact tile I wanted. Bill and Phil did a great job. I'm very happy.

Finished basement/refinishing basement

We had central jersey construction finish our basement. They did a awesome job. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They did two builtin shelving units for us. One for the TV and another for a bar area. Always keep the house clean and neat while the project was going on.Over the years we have had them come in to do handyman type project. Always very helpful. We had them redo our master bath a few years back and we were very satisfied. Then hurricane Irene came this past winter. Our power was out for three days. We had a foot of water in the basement. We contacted a disasters clean up company (that shall remain nameless) and they didn't even show up or call. Not knowing what to do we called Bill and he was here the next day starting to get everything out. Over the next few days they were able to remove all the soaked carpet, the soaked drywall, everything was gone. After we sorted it out with the insurance company we had them back in to start re building. They put everything back exactly the way it was. I couldn't believe you couldn't even tell anything had happened. After we had the new carpet installed the place looked better than before. I have recommended them to many friends and would recommend them to anyone. Bill has always guided us to the best solution to whatever we need. I won't use any other contractors.
