The best service I ever had, I was locked out from my apartment in the middle of the night, I called CBS locksmith they came in with in 20 min, opened my lock with in 5 min, I was very tired and happy I am inside in my home and can get some rest. To be locked out in not a pleasant experience, but if it happens again I now for sure I will use these guys.
I would give this place 0 if i could. Possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through. Had them install a lock (which cost almost $200), 3 months later my key got stuck in the lock. They came to fix it, spent an hour trying do so and then charge me almost $100! I went to the store to complain to the owner - no one mentioned the fact that it would cost $35 for someone just to walk...
I would rate this place 0 stars if the system would let me. I thought the own was a nice, honest man, but it turns out I was wrong. I had a lock installed by them, which went fine. Then a little over three months later my key got stuck in the lock. I went to tell the guy what happened and he came to fix it, saying nothing else. It took him an hour to fix my lock and then he charged me...
