This office is in need of better training on insurance billing. Needs much improved patient skills on effective communication. The staff arrives late in the morning resulting in patients being over booked in the afternoon and being unable to hold their appointments. I had to leave my 2 week appointment I made for a root canal due to over booking. The dentist could not see me that day in which...

A terrible experience. Let's start with the fact that despite a root canal needed they couldn't schedule me any sooner than 2 weeks out for my initial exam. Next, the scheduled time was 3pm and I wasn't seen till 5pm. I was actually lucky. A family was there when I got there. They claimed to have been waiting there since 1:30 and weren't seen till about 4:30. 15 min later they stormed out...
