We had a terrible experience with Carl's Patio in Boca Raton and can only recommend you take your business to a store that will treat their customers better. They lied to us about their return policy during the sale and did everything possible to nickle and dime us after the sale.

Our sales person had the worst attitude and for some reason has lost all perspective regarding proper customer service.

We can only recommend that you take your business to a company that provides good customer service and will appreciate your business.

We too had Bruce as our salesperson. He was great to work with on the front end but WAYYYYYY overpromised. He said we would have our reconditioned chairs back in 6-8 weeks but it was 12. When we called about the chairs, we could not get him on the phone either. I eventually went into the store and was given the run around there as well. There customer service is pathetic.

I do not recommend Carls Patio

My husband bought all the outdoor furnitures over a year ago with Bruce (salesperson), as he told us the cushion would never fade.
Well...after a year, all the cushions was fade.
I took back to Bruce and he supose to contact in 2 weeks after the day I was there, to let me know when I would receive the new cushions as was in a warranty.
After a month without hear from him, I called the store but he seems been ""very busy"" and couldn't talk to me. By the way, he never call me back and after 3 weeks (total 7 weeks) I got to talk to him. He was very short with me, a kind of rude and told...

I am a newlywed who has recently purchased all new furniture for our apartment. I went into Carl's Patio/clearance center in Pompano Beach hoping to find good deals. I'm sure their furniture is fine, but the staff completely turned me off.
