TERRIBLE !!! I signed a contract in 2013 and gave the deposit. I was prevented to start because of family issues. The nightmare started in 2014. The kitchen and bathroom was to be renovated and painted as well as the living room. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was done correctly. Their "crew" were unskilled. Cabinets have cracked for the second time. Skim painting was partial and the rest is bubbling crown molding is a joke. Contracted for one piece and I got several pieces that were loosely connected. These people are frauds. They pressure you for the last payment. Once they get it, no...
The positive reviews are all smoke and mirrors. These guys are skilled snakeoil salesman. Wish they would put more time into their craftsmanship as they do into their showroom and misleading sales pitch. The quality of their work is terrible and their customer service matches their shoddy work. At least Ikea can use a tape measure.
Keep away from this place. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. I put in a custom made kitchen thinking it would be worth the splurge but life would have been better with an Ikea kitchen. The cabinets are all ill-fitting and the paint is already peeling. They destroyed the rest of my apartment as they cut the cabinets to size INSIDE my apartment. The job was...
Still trying to wrap my head around how bad these guys were especially for the price they charge.
I believe they must have had an intern try out this whole custom kitchen thing because the old adage measure twice cut once was definitely not applicable. NOTHING was done well.
Cabinets were hung too low, nothing actually fits well which defeats the whole point of going custom, the drawers are uneven and after only a few months the paint is peeling.
Do your homework on these guys before you write them the first check.
I have no idea how this business still exists or where any of these reviews come from. Maybe in 2012 this business was different and they cared,, but it is 2014 and this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Bill Jr. promises one thing and never delivers. They installed the wrong kitchen, the carpentry work was abysmal (doors slanted / doors misaligned)...
