Once I got in to see Dr. Soo-Hoo, it was smooth. She was so bright, personable + gave me confidence she knew her stuff. But, her staff was such a bummer I considered leaving before seeing the doctor. 1st time visit + when making appt, I asked the receptionist what streets they were between on Canal St - she both didn't get what I was asking, nor did she know the answer. Entering the office, I found it small but very comfortable. I could tell that she doesn't book her patients near the same time so that it doesn't queue up. In fact, she only takes appointments on Mondays and Sundays.
Dr. Soo-Hoo is on the young side and quite pretty. But don't be fooled by age for experience! Before running any tests or x-rays, she knew what my condition was already and...
