COC KROACHES IN THE CAR!!!!!!!

There were coc kroaches in the car...I saw 5. One ran under the driver seat. When I looked under, there were 4 coc kroach traps under each seat. My girlfriend and I called the company, and they said they would take care of the situation and told us to call back the next day. When we returned the car, the guy said that he didn't believe us and said we were responsible. Then he said that they clean the cars everyday...then a minute later said they don't inspect the cars all the time. ???!?!?!? freaking idiots. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL...AND COME...
