I sent two pairs in a few weeks ago and there was a misunderstanding on what I wanted done.Denim Surgeon took them back, fixed them, didn't charge me, and both pairs look BRAND NEW!I'm shocked at how they can totally hide their work when others I've had fixed are obvious.

Took some raw denim to them to get altered. The first time they did it and the alterations were a bit off so they offered to redo it.When I came back to pick them up the lady had forgotten and not made the alterations. All in all the people there are nice and I'm sure are competent enough. Just make sure to be clear about your instructions.

Excellent customer service! I haven't wore my diesel boot cut jeans in years. I got it tailored to a skinny fit and it feels like I have a new pair of jeans! Highly recommended for those who still have boot cut jeans that want to switch to a more fashionable look!
