Spanish French bistro, happy hours from 5 to 7.30pm everyday with 1$ oyster.
$10 dollars tapas all night.

Cadaques is one of the most romantic restaurants in the heart of Williamsburg. Our menu is an inspiration of the southwest of France, you can enjoy small tapas and a variety of traditional mediterranean plates. We have a wide selection of dishes suitable for vegetarian and the restaurant has an intensive wine and beer list. Atmosphere is casual with a great service.

Cadaques Restaurant Review

Named for the coastal town in Catalonia that was home to Salvador Dali, this Williamsburg restaurant isn’t doing anything visually showy or overly elaborate with its creations. Instead, the kitchen turns out simply prepared but well-executed Spanish dishes with a few satisfying flourishes. The usual pan con tomate, croquetas, padrones and patatas bravas all make an appearance, and are all worth...

Cadaqués, the exquisitely beautiful Spanish hometown of Salvador Dali, is now also a tapas restaurant in Williamsburg—and it's also quite gorgeous. Located in a space formerly occupied by two ground-floor apartments near Iona on Grand Street, this capacious, warmly-lit restaurant is the labor of love of Mathieu Reboul, who named it after the town where his parents were married.

Out of nowhere, one of the most beautiful restaurants in Williamsburg. Quietly under construction for more than a year, this Catalonian tapas spot seems to have been born fully mature, with...

Love this place!! Great brunch spot. I would give 5 stars but the wait for the food is long and sometimes you have to wait a while for a refill.

Tips about this business (4)

Where to Sit

The 1,500-square-foot, 65-seat space has a counter facing the street, a handsome bar, a nook full of tapas-friendly tables and a back room for large parties.

Fun Fact

Both the owner and the chef are from the south of France, and the latter once ran the kitchens at Bouley in Tribeca and Mercat in Soho.

What to Drink

There's a full bar, but it's all about the vino here: Wines by the glass start at $5 and top out at $9, with most in the lower end, and there 10 bottles in the $20s, 25 for less than $40.

When to Go

The dim lighting and DJ make it a good bet for a casual date when you want a proper, sexy restaurant but nothing intense or stuffy.
