Help us make it rightAfter my Father passed away, I received the Sacred Heart Medallion which he wore for at least 35 years.... The Medallion was in excellent shape except for the small ring that attached it to the chain. Both the chain and the Medallion are of 14K yellow gold, and are striking in their beauty. The chain and Medalllion appraised for over $2700.
Because of the sentimental value of the Medallion, along with its current value, I was concerned that an extremely worn loop attaching it to the chain could be severed while swimming, sailing, cycling, etc., so I took it to CW Broyles for repairs.

THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I really wanted to continue going to this place because it is very convenient to where I live but I just can't deal with the rudeness anymore.
I used to deal with a girl by the name of Sunny and that was fine -very nice but I guess they drove her out and she quit. I had tried to avoid the bosses daughter Catherine but now I had no choice.

I used to deal with a girl by the name of Sunny…
Super nice people. Catherine is very professional. I had a diamond necklace made, diamond earrings made, a tennis necklace resized, and my Rolex fixed. They all turned out awesome. I went in there after I saw these horrible reviews and was nervous, but I could not have been happier. Everything looks amazing and very reasonable. \r
I saw an article in the Houston Chronicle a few weeks ago about Broyles Jewelry. I liked the idea of it being around for 30 years. Four generations have worked there. So, I decided to take my husband's nice watch to get a new pin put in it. Alan Broyles was very friendly and quickly fixed the watch. He said that if my husband breaks it again to bring it in and he will do more to it. I told Alan that my husband is kind of hard on his things, so that's why he said that. I was only in there for a short time, but I will be going back for future purchases!!!
