Worst worst service ever!
Rep is not human, do not even mention customer service. Though I could not get the answer I want after asking them several times, rep became ridiculously impatient. Checking luggage restrictions do not require any personal information, then why the hell did those stupidest rep keep asking me my name and the name of the airline?? And the foolish rep still does not know what the weight limit is for carry-on baggage.
Go to hell!
Will never do business with this agency, ever!
