I was a happy customer untiil one of the blinds had a problem and I was told the people who did my blinds were no longer in business and that I should call another number. After multiple calls no one has EVER RESPONDED.

I don't normally complain in public forums but this issue is so egregious that I feel they deserve to be known for who they are.
