Help us make it rightThe staff is nice but there's a high level of miscommunication between departments and the referral department is difficult to contact. Follow-up is poor. Took a month to get a referral I was told I'd have within a week. Overbooking means up to a 90 minute wait. I'm told it will improve this month. We'll see.
