He was hired to clean the whole house carpeting and stretch carpets. He tried to do this alone. All the carpets that he stretched were not anchored at all to the nail-boards, so even though he got the ripples out, they are not anchored, and will ripple again. Overall everything was easy with them to talk, set the appointment, and having my sofa clean.
Some of the other groups calling wanted to start work at 7pm at night. Brothers was ready to come as soon as others that called but could come at reasonable times. I do not the think the other person could have done a proper job in the dark. Lee was very good to work with.

"Brothers" was a good choice. They came the day I called and gave me an estimate, which was acceptable. The carpet is light grey berber and it looks like NEW! Lee did a fabulous job in whole house of wall to wall carpeting - it is clean, it smells good, it looks fantastic! The carpet was completely dry within 6 hours.
