The worst

My family and I had a trip planned for the new year an do to a family emergency I had to cancel an the hotel gave me such a hard time it brought me to tears. The staff was rude an hung up on me twice an I feel like that all that hotel cards about is making money an not making sure the guest are happy. Also this was not just a one day trip we were planning on staying for four days.

Gross place doNot stay

This was the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my life. Smell of smoke, burn home son the sheets, hair on my bed, porno on regular cable, the list can go on. DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE! Bulletproof glass at check in

Clean room, nice staffs but impolite manager

We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean, the room maid was very nice to us, other staffs were lovely too except the manager. He never smiled, very unhelpful. We did not know why he always appeared to be very unhappy with us ?? Is it because we are asian or what?? No hospitality at all with him. I think the owner should consider again to let him be at the front with guests.

This place offers adult films. The reason why I know that is because as soon as I turned the TV on, I got a good view of some rollicking sex. If I had children with me, it would have been an incredible awkward moment. Perhaps when the rooms are done, the maid should put on a neutral channel. Moderately priced near cruise terminal

Moderately priced inn compared to other accomodations. Good for overnight before boarding cruise. Conveniently located at entrance of Lincoln tunnel and two blocks from cruise terminal entrance, but it is still a 1/2 mile additional walk to the actual terminal. If you have a lot of luggage and/or can't walk that far, I recommend you can find another reasonable accomodation farther away. Room...
