I currently live at Bridgewater Place in Oakland Park and have for the past 7 yrs. The service here has severely diminished since I moved here in 2003. The front gate used to work to keep out people that don't live here. Now people who don't live here drive in, park by the pool and enjoy themselves like they are at a public park. The buildings are not cleaned as extensively as they were before...

My wife and I lived here for a couple of years. This one of the only apartments I would consider moving back to. Very nice clean building and friendly residents. Also very quiet with a golf course on one side and a lake on the other.
