Breen is a crooki. Came to do work in my house, refused to do it, then billed me. I refused to pay of course, so he took me to court--where he had some influence he told me--and he won. I finally paid him just to get this slime off my back. BE FOREWARNED.

Kevin Breen is a consummate professional & a credit to his profession. I have referred him a few times & the end result was always positive. My clients were happy with his work & all was completed to perfection. I highly recommend Kevin as he truly knows his stuff & is a real gentleman as well. Kudos to you Kevin!
