Systematic Ripoff at Brandsmart

Know first that I am big on water conservation, needing a new washer I went to this Brandsmart and was shown a washer that was new on the market, no center agitator made by G.E.I asked the salesman if it would handle a king size comforter which my old washer did for 8 years which was bought from Sears; he said "with no problem", I paid cash and it was delivered three days later. It was my first vist to Sawgrass Mall and as I was entering this store BrandsMart, I had a shoulder bag with me, the screeners at the entrance were very rude and demanded that I leave everything behind as if they were doing me a favor me for shopping in there. I left, feeling very disgusted thinking that this is the attitude wonder what will be the customer's service inside. Saved me a bundle...
