We know that most people are on tight budgets in this economy so we do not charge for our drawing time on each custom tattoo design.

I made an appointment to get a small tattoo today aat 10am. I get there about 10mins early and they're closed it's now 10:30am and no one has showed up. I called multiple times but their voicemail...
