This store is very disappointing, especially given that it is in a high end mall. This once iconic and nice store has seen better days. Bloomingdale's is no longer the place to get the latest fashion. There are very few employees available to assist coupled with extremely poor leadership/management at the senior level. Store is unkempt, sloppy and cluttered.There is not "true" luxury brands available. It's upscale Macy's without the upscale.

Horrible customer service at the online return area and it makes no sense why two people are there and only one is able to help you. I was returning an item that I received for a infant baby. She was so rude and not helpful at all so I went to someone else and long story short all online returns should be made there but for some reason they where just rude.
