A New York "institution" that "still impresses", the "enormous" East Side "shoppers' paradise" boasts a "broad selection of clothing, accessories, home furnishings" and cosmetics from "every moderate" brand imaginable as well as "trusted long-standing luxury designers", while its "younger, more curated" though "less comprehensive" SoHo sister sure "comes in handy"; staffers are "very helpful...

By far the worst thing about this place is the costumers!! So entitled and so rude. Please stop asking for managers and then getting mad at the sales associate because the manager is not running to you just to hear you complain. I would love to shop here in peace without hearing a customer screaming at an employee because they won't accept their expired coupon.
