It is not easy to find the Bistro Nora. It's too bad it is located right in front of a very busy portion of the Second Ave. subway construction. Unfortunately, the construction will continue for another two years.

We went to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was outstanding. The waitress was attentive. She brought dessert with 2 candles in the pie. We can't wait to return.
