The management of Bistro 301 have converted what was once a sports bar into a fine dining luxury worthy of a big date night. Contemporary twists on favorite pastas, salads, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, meats, and desserts are completed by a massive international beer and wine list. Located near the Actors Theatre of Louisville, the bistro makes a great beginning to an entertaining night.
What a disappointment. Restaurant is close to the Yum Center and actors theater but that's the only thing it's got going for it. Three of the four entrées were served cold and when I asked for a replacement only one was hot. Very limited menu . I ordered Brussel sprouts as a side dish and they had zero seasoning no salt no pepper no bacon no oil nothing just broiled Brussel sprouts. Weird. We...
Every other restaurant was not accepting reservations for our dinner window so we ended up here. The restaurant was only 20% full so the reservation wasn’t necessary, but I’m not sure why it was not busier.
Drinks were well poured and the selection was great. Beers were delicious with local options and described well by our server.

The food was good. Our server, Linda, was delightful and amazing! Great dinner. Very close to Actors Theatre - great for a pre show meal!
Ribeye steak was overdone, and the service was mediocre. For the price- $31.00 steaks with no vegetable just potatoes,, not a good value. Just ok
