Paid cash$5,725 for new Burnham boiler IN4 in April 2015, Thought they were good company. They did not want to give us the invoice (receipt) and we had to go to their office to get it. In October 2015, the boiler did not work right. We called them to fix for free and solve the problem. First day, He came and stayed less than 5 minutes and leave without fixing anything.
We called them again....

terrible customer service. I was calling the office for 3 simple questions: 1. do they provide service at my area, 2. do they do free estimate, 3. how much would they charge for the work. The office rep on the phone got really inpatient and say bye after I confirm the price they charge before I had a chance to schedule an appointment with them.

Great Company. would use again. Office was very nice they gave me a time window when they would get to my house and they arrived about an hour into that window. they came in and looked at the leak i had. while one man was opening up the wall the other man went to get the material they needed. after they were done they vacumed the mess that they had made and temporary sealed the wall. gave me a bill right there. i thought it was a fair price for what they did. the men were in uniform and the truck was lettered so i knew who i was dealing with. all in all had a good experiance with this...

I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the prompt attention and eventual resolution to our recent gas emergency. The plumbers from Billharz Plumbing were on the job within an hour for which i am throughly gratefull.
