Very helpful. Had the issue taken
Care of very quickly. They were very polite on the phone with me, and their attitude was very enthusiastic. They really care about what people are going through, in terms of how they are being treated, they make sure there is a mutual agreement between the customer and the company before the case is closed. I'm very pleased with them, and would recommend them...

It is important when you pay up front for a service that the company follow through with their service. Because of the BBB I have been reassured that I will get good service from a health business that was able to overcome some difficulty. Thank you BBB!

I'm not quick to escalate matters to the BBB, but I'm glad they are there when needed. I had a recent issue with my cable / internet service, after multiple calls to and dispatches from the company I felt my issue wasn't being properly addressed. Once I involved the BBB, the cable company was more interested in the issue, and took the time to really look into the matter. After they found...
