I went in to have a head board made with my with my own fabric. I chose the shape I wanted. When it was delivered it the quality was the worst I have ever seen it looked like I went to home depo and baught plywood glued foam 4 inches thick. and covered the stapled edges with a cored. There was supposed to welting, and the frame it self was to be 4 inch thick, they used plywood that was stapled togather to make the shape of the frame, I refused the delivery went back to show them here mistake , So they tried to fix it, they made it worse the shape is no longer the same. They fool you with a model that they have in the store. Never did they appologise. Or took the blame for there mistake. They still have the head board at there shop. Because I was man handled out of the store for getting upset. Small claims court here I come The nightmare with these people started 12-08. It is like ordering a blue bmw and recieving a blue honda when you tell them the problem they just say well you did order a blue car.
