The Beatrice is the most beautiful apartment building I have ever seen. It is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and you can see all of NYC. The view is breathtaking!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY IN THE END

The majority of the tenants here pay between $5000-$15000 PER MONTH to live in the best, all while the elevators break down often and you have to wait 30 min to cram into one like a subway car. And then they jack up your rent at your renewal when there are many empty units unrented. That's the icing on top. I guess it's the NYC way and it would be worth it if you got what you were paying for....
