I am 23 weeks pregnant and just started going to prenatal yoga. I had to stop my regular classes at the gym bc the poses got to difficult for me. I def recommend the Tuesday and Thursday afternoon classes. i felt like a million bucks after Left and the pricing for the center is pretty reasonable.

Best Yoga in Union Square area

I've checked out classes at Om, Jivamukti, The Shala, Laughing Lotus and Integral Yoga. Out of all of these places, I think Yoga Works is the best. Their classes are challenging, but at the same time teachers are really good about explaining technique. When I take classes at other places in the area, I find that they rush through and the technique is terrible - which is not as effective out...

Wonderful Yoga studio with different classes for different levels and at different times.

The place is right around Union Sq. Convenient Location. There are 2 rooms in the studio and both are very charming. The classes are different, so you can pick what fits you, your time and your level. The instructors are all very knowleadgeble and nice. The atmospshere is great.
