I am very pleased with the help CYBER CREDIT GURU rendered in restoring my credits. I am a disabled Veteran who over the past 2 years had to let my credit go due to health priorities that were not covered by VA & other insurance, my credit scores were 514 Experian, 515 Equifax, and 518 TransUnion. This branch never ever ever ever ever has enough tellers working. Every. single. time. I come here there is a 40min+ line and one or two people working (the non-business side). Some customers...

This is literally the worst branch ive ever been to, save your time. Youll spend 30 mins in line without being helped wilhile they chat in the back. Please save your time. Having second thoughts on banking with bank of amwerica in general after this and a few other collective experiences with there branch.

This bank located in center of DTLA, sucks. Understaffed and the employees who are there, have nothing but excuses. Who schedules 4 tellers for the first day of the month? Poor management and service for everyday customer. The line for business, is what matters to them. Just like any other large corporation, they do t care about the everyday person.Moving my account.

There are 9 people in line and only 1 person helping anyone. The person being helped is taking forever and holding up the line. How can this bank not manage to open another line or hire another person? We are all just standing here looking around staring into nothingness. What kind of bank does this?
