will give this pet hospital 0 stars! I will never go there again! They dont care about you, they just rip you off and try to get your money!!! I have brought in a 5 month old kitten with a cold. I was there for 4 hours! When given the estimate, the nurse said I was signing to only pay for $300. When I got the bill at the front desk, they charged me $550. When I expressed my concerns to the vet before the estimate that my wife, my three children and I are struggling during this economy, she gave me her word that it wouldn't be over $550. I told was told by man b**ch a@s receptionist that work there that this is not what I signes up to pay for and I couldn't afford to pay $550. Then the b**ch receptionist started laughing. I thought he was laughing in how he looked like a f*g in that nursing outfit, but i was mistaken. ;-) He then started to threaten me & saying that it's too late, they did the procedures, & u have to pay. The vet called me back saying she wanted my kitten to be on medication for the rest of her life, and more follow up visits for $40 each visit...To do what? Check if she has a cold every month? WTF!!!!! I was suspicious & I knew they wanted more $. I went to another vet that was a friend of a friend, he check everything for a small price as a favor & that vet ended up telling me that the cat was fine n just had a common cold! That vet even told me how many of his clients go to banfield at first, had bad experiences,they high jack the prices even if you sign for a lower price, they threaten legal action if you don't...After hearing this it encouraged me to report them to the Better Buisness Bureau...which eventually they'll get fined...So f**ck you Banfield!!!!!!!! If any of you have any complaints, I recommend to all of you to do...they shouldn't be allowed to do this to people, especially in economy.
