I recently had the worst experience of my life at the Banfield clinic on Shepherd. My kitten was scheduled to be neutered on a Saturday. I was given an appointment card and called to confirm the appt. the day before the surgery. I showed up at 8am on Saturday and waited (as usual) for 45 min before I was told surgeries were not done on Saturdays. I asked for an explanation and they simply said, ""I don't know, I could call and ask the vet but she'll be pis*ed."" No one said they were sorry or offered an explanation. I spoke to the manager and she never apologized or tried to figure out how...
