Rude staff. And I could probably live with that if the large lady in glasses was rude to me, but she was rude to a 15 month old baby, because the horrible baby was playing with toys while mother was paying for the merchandise. It is a balloon store with toys all over, of course children will be playing with it! …

Thanks for the great balloons and service! The order process was very easy. I ordered for delivery as an out of town client but had no problems with delivery or any other issues.

They call themselves the most fun store and they do pack a myriad of fun into a small space.The staff will guide you through the aisles and they know every detail that will make your venture into a party store successful. I am also pleased with the prices.

These people have awful customer service. They tried to charge me $60 to "arrange" a dozen balloons on top of the price of the balloons (hello, tie them together), and changed their delivery fee on me 3 times. I.e. they tried to charge me $150 for 14 balloons. In what world is this possible? Save yourself time, …
