This Italian leather shoe store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have never been treated more poorly than how I was treated by the salesmen in this store. I will never return to this shoe store. If you have already bought shoes in this store, I would return them as soon as possible. The expensive boots I purchased started falling apart after I had worn them twice. I hope that no one else will need to deal with the Avitto employees after purchasing from them. Best boots in New York City!

This is the most amazing shoe store! I have searched high and low for the perfect pair of brown boots for this fall - and this is where I found them. The staff is really helpful and passionatte. The shoes are all Italian hand-made, and the prices are reasonable. If you haven't been - you should definitely check this place out.
