The customer service at this dealership is horrible! We bought a new car from them on October 1st 2016, they dated the paperwork for 9/31/16, the parts department was closed once we finished the paperwork and we did not get the navigation card that goes with the car. My husband and I had a great experience with our salesperson, Mike. Not only did we drive 6 hours to purchase a vehicle, but Mike personally spent his day off from work solidifying our deal and working with us over the phone up to the day of the purchase. His commitment was very impressive
