Sorry james think's that im arrogant. Sometime's confidance come across that way. When you service as many vehicle as we do your gonna have some return's we are not perfect. I dont believe i was cussing. Thats not professional. We here at auto service experts are totaly professional.. And as far as the certifaction go we abide by all state and federal laws all techs are state or ase certified its is a requirement by state law. There are atleast 3 tech includeing myself my # m195055 state repair facility license is #f161566 not sure why james would say such a thing. Slander is against the law. Have a nice day. The owner Fred B. is arrogant and the work is unprofessional. When I walked in Fred (The Owner) was cussing on the phone. Then 2 ladies walked in and needed work done on there car. To my surprise it was a come back and when they said they its doing the same thing as it was before they had work done on it he became very annoyed almost as if they were lying to him. When he got done with that conversation he started talking to me and was casually cussing the whole time I was there in front of 2 other customers who were waiting for there car to be fixed. It was not threatening cussing but he would just toss one in a sentence every now and then. I noticed that he had a bunch of certification documents on the wall and I asked him how many employees he had. He said one and I asked him why do you have so many certification papers up then and he just said because. I believe that the mechanic he has working there is not certified and leaving them up there will make you think that there are several. In fact the one person he did have working in the back well I was there did not even have his certification papers up. I would not recommend taking your car to this shop as it is unprofessional and the owner is inconsiderate along with the fact that his mechanics are not state or ASE certified. Hope this help anyone interested in possibly having work done in this shop.
