My daughter recently had a problem with her brakes. Ron Walker and his staff did a thorough inspection and evaluation, with a detailed written estimate. No tricks, or inflated prices here. Even told her what she didn't need to fix the problem. Front brakes good - rear breaks needed a lot of help.
She had the repair done at Auto Answers for a fair price, on schedule with no surprises.
A week later she went to a tire dealer for a tire replacement and they tried to sell her a front end brake repair, which she didn't need.

I drive a 2004 Toyota Sequioa. Recently I bent my power antenna so it would not retract fully. While having an oil change at the Toyota Dealership next door to Auto Answers, I asked for a quote for the repair. The quote: 205.00. For an antenna mast and install (no new motor). I bought the mast from the dealer and figured I'd do it myself (which i couldn't). So I stopped by Auto Answers to get a quote to install the part I purchased.
