I have used this service and called it for friends. The drivers have been around for a while and really know the area. They can take back roads when the highway is crowded.

Outrageously bad service: I had a two year contract with them. The winter of 2005, they were expanding their TV channels and I couldn't watch their Korean channels for four months even though I had two-year contract....
