Kristen did an AMAZING job coloring and cutting my hair, after spending a year growing it out after a pretty terrible haircut. She was patient, listened to what I wanted, and would check in on me frequently to make sure I was getting the cut I had envisioned. It was absolutely perfect, and the color was even more gorgeous than I was expecting.
