ARK does alot of subcontract work for us. They are one of the few subcontractors' who are not a headache to deal with. All the paperwork is complete when we need it, and the project is completed as required, and on-time. No corner cutting.

The best there is. The managers there were very respectful and walked me through the whole process. The main reason for the 5 stars, they did a great job...

Needed an Electrical Upgrade for the Co-op Development, they were quick to come by and give me a afair estimate. Started work within a week, finished up 100 units in 3 months.
