I went there to buy a couple of iPods. I am still wondering if the seller did it on purpose or not -- I was distracted, and sounded too much like an outsider. He quietly added a $39 AppleCare Protection Plan I did not ask for. Fortunately, he promptly refunded the money as I came back and just asked what it was about. I will think twice if there are benefits in buying Apple products from these Apple retail stores instead of other merchants.
The guys from " Business advisor dep." either lied or have no idea what is he talking about. He told me Mac Pro's CPU and the GPU has been updated about 7 months ago! But that's completely false....

Horrible customer service in the front although the tech that helped us was very informative and helpful the staff in the front are so lazy and rude and do not know what they are doing. One thing they do best here is looking that they do absolutely nothing and really not doing anything just stand around.
