highly recommend for those who travel to New York. 8 mins walk from subway, 24 hours complimentary gym service, apartment may not be brand new and is a little bit ware out, but it's cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped too, with big oven and wash dishes! The only draw back is that they don't offer luggage storage service and do not have daily room service provided. But it's ok...

Le lieu de Check-in sur expédia est erroné ce qui nous a obligé à faire deux allers retour et un lieu de repose tjrs du site expédia erroné mais le personnel a été gentil et à tout fait pour nous aider et compenser les erreurs d'expédier.

Not like hotel room

This is not like hotel or serviced apt. as there are no housekeeping services. So if you stay for more than a couple of days, you would need to take care of garbage, clean up bed, etc. by yourself. There are no curtains for the windows and only blinds are used to block lights from outside where there is a huge advertisement brightly lit up all night. The windows do not provide insulation well....

These apartments are a good price (for New York standards) and they offer more space than most other hotels I have stayed at in NY. The small apartment has a kitchen with all appliances, a spacious room, good bathroom, good internet connection. It was very clean when I arrived - bear in mind though that since these are apartments, no one comes daily to clean and replenish the bathroom stock. So...

I enjoyed my stay here in Manhattan. The room has everything you need and is very spacious which is something you do not get often in NYC. The front staff was great and pets area also allowed!
