1st time and great time – Everyone is different. Depending on what you have stuck to your colon and how unhealthy you are, they give you an apprx time that your session will be. My first time was last week and I had a few things come out. I work in the diamond district, around the corner and wanted to try a spa close by. I was so impressed from everything there, I forgot i was in NYC. The experience totaly transformed me, I thought I was on vacation .
