Mike called before he showed up for the repair. He showed me the problem and recommended the proper repair. He was very professional and I felt like he wasn't trying to take advantage or rip me off. These guys showed up when they promised on the same day I called did the work in 45 minutes and charged me a very reasonable rate. Plus the technician Roy lubed up my rails assessed long-term maintenance and gave me a reco for a silent garage door opener.
