The company owner Jimmy Y., is very arrogant . He came to fix our refrigerator water dispenser which vibrated loudly whenever used.An electric valve was replaced but the problem continued. We've used this service twice. The first time they fixed our dishwasher and ice maker. Later I called about a microwave they suggested we simply replace altogether and did not charge us for the call. We've been very happy with their services.

Unbelievable - $120 later and nothing done except to tell me that it is an internal wire that is the problem for the refrigerator lights not coming on.Had me write the check to him and no receipt provided.Not only did he overcharge he was so arrogant about the service call......no aloha on this service!
