The worst

I parked my car there and when I came to get it. The Parking intendant drove it out, so I saw a big scratch on it that didn't use to be there. I asked him what was that. He claimed it was there when I parked the car. I called the police. They said since I couldn't prove it wasn't there, then they can't do anything about it. Also it is not criminal, I could file with the better business bureau and go through the insurance.
The Intendant cursed at me after the police left and told me to F**k off and go back to my country. I told him "This is my country? What do you mean?"
He said your country is Africa. Since I am a black women.
I told him he was there to provide a service and he should better know not to be nasty to customers. His comment was
I have your f**king money in my pocket. F**k off and go back to your country! This is New York B**ch.
I was stunned. I have never seen such audacity and disrespect. On top of that they take cash only (No need to say why they do that, but anybody with half brain knows what cash only means) And they give no receipt.
I don't know about the owner of the lot, but the young hespanic male who waits on the lot is the lowest low and you should never deal with him!
