When your contract expires they automatically sign you up for another year if you don't send them a letter one month in advance. Even then after you pay the Cancellation fee they still send you to collection. This is a very bad company to deal with, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you need an alarm get a Reputable Company to do business with. 6 years later and I am still dealing with that...

Very bad service and it's hard to cancel your account after you contract is over, read very well the contract before you sign.

I finally received a return call from Mr. Patrich Smith, Chief of Operation at Alarm One, who promised me, gave me his word, that he would call me back regarding his "investigation".
Now - I have to say NOT GOOD ENOUGH
I want the name of that employee to attach to my police report. I will get it.
